A foremost relationship expert, bases his approach on research with couples.  After watching couples for only 5 minutes, Gottman predicts, with 93% accuracy, couples that will stay together and couples that will divorce. From this research, he has writen a number of books to help couples learn the skills and knowledge to have healthy relationships.
 
After the Affair by Janis Abrahms Spring
This is a great book for both partners having experienced an affair with chapters directed toward the betrayed partner and the partner who engaged in the affair.  Questions to consider and exercises are included.  
Torn Asunder [Recovering from an Extramarital Affair] by Dave Carder
Sorts through the factors that contribute to infidelity and maps the recovery process for both partners. 
 
Worthy of Her Trust, by Stephen Arturburn & Jason Martinkus
This a great book to rebuild sexual integrity and gain trust. 
 
Not Just Friends: Rebuilding Trust and Recovering Your Sanity After   Infidelity, by Shirley P. Glass with Jean Coppock Staehili Povides profound   practical guidance to prevent cheating and if it happens heal from it.
